The European Commission has opened a wide range
of funding programmes for organisations from the Asscociated Candidate Countries
like Romania.
Accordingly, universities and other organisations from Romania may apply for
funding even now, well before the Enlargement would take place.
We have developed a website that contains the description of all these funding
programmes plus links to other official pages and all additional support that
you would need to develop quality EC project proposals and obtain funding
yourself.
This is a non-profit initiative and will remain so. Please visit our website at
www.eucenter.org.
If you subscribe to our free mailing list we will send you the latest funding
opportunities, latest news and events once a month. If you do not subscribe to
our mailing list you will not be contacted by us again.

Mobility Portal
We would like to inform you that the
Mobility Portal has been launched. It is now
available on-line at the following web address
http://europa.eu.int/eracareers .
The pan-European Researcher's Mobility Portal
will provide general information about research
grants at EU, international, national or
regional level as well as available
opportunities and job offers published by the
different actors of the European research
community (Universities, Industry, Foundations,
etc). The portal will also provide information
about administrative and legal issues
(conditions of entry, social security and tax
schemes etc) as well as about
cultural/intercultural and family related
aspects.
Please find enclosed a leaflet for the promotion
of the Mobility Portal.

information on the launching of the Mobility
Portal in your country as widely as possible.

CRInfo Conflict Resolution Information

is in the process of compiling a database of
exemplary NGOs working on conflict resolution
and peacebuilding projects in the Serbia,
Bulgaria and Romania.
We would like to invite you to be listed in our
database, which is an invaluable tool connecting
practitioners, researchers, interested users,
and potential funders. The database currently
provides instant access to 13,000 Web, print,
organizational, and other conflict
resolution-related resources. By adding your
listing to this clearinghouse, people worldwide
will be able to learn more about your work, and
you will be able to network with others
undertaking similar efforts both in the Balkans
and elsewhere.
