Tempus III
Important Remark
Under Tempus III the CEE countries which have signed an Association Agreement with the European Union, i.e. the candidate countries, are no longer eligible for Tempus funding. These countries instead have access to the Community programs for higher education and training, Socrates and Leonardo.
