ICAR is a youth association working in the field of culture and education. We are administrating an Youth Information Center INFOcenter in Sibiu. We are having as main aim for the years 2001-2004 the development of youth exchange projects and European volontary projects because we believe in the importance of the intercultural exchanges and mutual understanding between nations.
